Luftwaffe Aircraft Seats
I am in need of some education on WWII German Aircraft seats. How were they built? What were their materials? Was there a generic type of seat like the US used in many of our aircraft? What identifying marks were put on them (I am familiar with the FL markings on gauges, and 2,3 letter codes for factories used later in the war). Does anybody have any photographs of seats removed from aircraft? Appreciate any information you may have!
