RZP303 is on a distinguished road
Horbaczewski's death and crash site.

I asked this question on this forum several years ago but lost the information. The thread doesn't seem to have been archived.

I was wondering if there has ever been an investigation or excavation of the crash site of S/Ldr Horbaczewski's Mustang, or if anything has ever been found at the site. Was there ever a report done, or do records exist of the original discovery of the site and removal and burial of the remains. I seem to remember in the original answer that the wreckage was originally found by an American grave registration team, and that the site wasn't discovered until 1947(?)

Hope someone here might be able to help.

Cheers,
Richard
