Kutscha, I've looked at Williamson Murray's book on-line and the Strategic Air Attack on the German oil Industry report is not from this book. Nor could I find the USSBS report on-line which matches the allworldwars link.
Carl, I'm not sure if I'm reading you correctly. When you say 17 m3, are you saying 17 cubic meters? If so, this sounds like an incredibly small amount.
