At least two Spanish pilots flying with the Soviet air Force claimed more victories than the two pilots above:

Juan Lario: 23 individual and 7 shared victories in USSR
Jose Pascual Santa Maria: 14 individual and shared victories in USSR

I have no details about their victories, but can provide more details (from the book Stalin's Eagles) if needed.

I will try to dig into my files to find the victories of the two pilots of your post.
