Detail in Craig's List gives D = Damage to a/c as follows
D -4
4 = Destroyed/Major repair - Mid 1944 and earlier.
So as October was past mid year( my opinion) the result would have been "destroyed".
Also
MACR in Fold3 for J.K.Wolff is 10686, 28 pages for 42-52264.
