Capt. Rubtsov 10 IAP?
Can anyone provide the full name and information on Captain Rubtsov of the 10 IAP? I found that he was shot down in Nov(?)1941 along with his wingman, Vitaly I. Klimenko while strafing by Bf109's but the date, location and his fate weren't clear.
