This site lists the Soviet air units of WWII, and has often a list of pilots/air crew attached to each unit. Except rare units, these lists are not complete at all (but are covering most losses in 1942).

The above list is the Russian (or rather Soviet) equivalent of CWGC. You have to type in Russian but it will cover casualties (killed and missing) of the whole war. You can type an unit in the search box and it will provide you a list of casualties more complete than above, but units may be written in different forms. It is also useful to complete the name of a fallen Soviet soldiers.
