I also admit the "third" digit looks very much as a 9. The problem with that is that it then does not fit into a single known F-8 WNr range that I am aware of.

I have taken the standpoint there once was a six digit WNr on that fin (which may or may not be wrong). I am not trying to guess what the "first" digit may have been, but what then is the "second" one? To me it is either a 3 or a quickly vanishing 8.

However that make things even worse. Totally impossible to locate anything that fits - not even an A-8.

Anyone else?
