I am very surprise of this crash aera.
If i take the excellent book of JB Frappé "La Luftwaffe face au débarquement allié", it said that Horst Forbig crashed in CAEN aera.
So, if it's possible to know your sources, it could help me.
In fact, a friend of me have find a FW 190 near Lisieux, and unfortunately, the pilot was still again in the plane. Horst Forbig could be this pilot with the few things we have find in this plane.
