Hello Heuser, glad to help.

The info above came from a number of documents I found on Footnote.com. They include correspondence from the USAAF to the pilots next of kin. However, they are listed under MACRs but do not seem to form part of individual MACRs! So perhaps no reports were issued at the time? I assume that the aircraft involved were P-47s?
