Aircraft was 151102an A-4E "NP" "225"
VA-212 USS Bon Homme Richard Gulf of Tonkin off NVN hit by SAM lost hydraulics but only nosewheel would lower so following engine failure onapproach the pilot ejected and was rescued. date was 25th April 1967.
photo of this a/c was in "Aircraft Illustrated" I think.
