This aircraft is thought to be Curtiss SB2C-3, BuNo 19232, of VB80 which was shot down by AA during an attack on Heito A/F, Formosa, on 9 January 1945. The crew survived as POWs.

Note that under the tailplane the Japanese appear to have painted a replica of the broad 'V' Air Group 80 fin marking.
