Who was on board Dakota Fz667 of 271 Squadron shot down by AA friendly fire on the 7th june 44..rest of crew pilot L.C.Flather..(RCAF)2nd pilot W.Oakley.(RCAF)NAV S.Hope (Rafvr)all but Oakley burried at Hermanville war cemetery nr Caen ... William Oakley was remembered on Runnymede Memorial as body not found. AHB said OAKLEYS parachute was later found out at sea ..but no body. Hope this helps , thanx mark
