I have tried my best on my own. I watched this item for over a year, and finally decided to get it. I collect hatches. This one has me stumped, and the website I normally looked this stuff up has been shutdown.
If you could please help me, I would be very grateful.
Heinkel type latch, tabs on it I have never seen before. Maybe missing two tabs on the opposite end of the latch.

There is a stamped number on the interior, best I can tell with
2 0 8 0 - ? 8
