Sounds like another event which has been developed over the years. For example, how could they strip an aircraft in what would have been minutes? Proske's aircraft was photographed intact and his gunner was wounded which matches. If there was an aircraft, there would have been a report and it would have been included in LCA Vol 2. The only Bf 110s on land were Proske's and ones at Bonnington, Leysdown, Clacton, Lenham, Pluckley and Newchurch
