Wouldn't it be odd for the original Flight Test report to use the wrong BuNo. in the report and on all of the photos that are included in the report? In the .pdf, pages 4, 22, 23 & 24 show 04691 and March 15, 1944. These are "original source" documents. Perhaps 04691 went to the RN after testing at Pax River?
