Yes, it's an odd situation. I have a standing reminder notice with Book Depository too, to let me know if it ever comes in stock.
To my knowledge, it has not been available at Book Depository or Amazon in the past 7-8 years. Not enough interest in the genre perhaps. One of Brian Cull's books on the Commonwealth air forces' involvement in Korea - Volume 1 - was published, but subsequent Vol.2 canned before being set to paper. Pity. Hugh Harkins' book on the Meteor in WW2 was excellent. I was hoping for similar on the RAAF Meteors in Korea.
