Help always welcome, but I could not find this one in my files and piles of maps, gazetteers, lists, etc. I suspect it was a pasture or farm field that was pressed into service for a few days during the July 1941 advance toward Pskov and then abandoned. I also think it may be misspelled and the "teni" ending makes it more likely to have been in Estonia or Latvia.
