I just found out what the second logo is. Actually both logos belong together:
LGW =
Luftfahrt
geräte
werk Hakenfelde G.m.b.H., Berlin-Spandau. LGW was part of the Siemens group of companies/ consortium and were producing built in measuring instruments, shunt-field-relayes, switches, amplifiers etc.. In ww2 LGW was producing exclusively for the Luftwaffe.
