Hi Rick,
I found a Ogfr. Friedrich Lehner (Bordfunker) KIA April 27th 1943 near Karthago due to "Bodenberührung" he was with KGr.zbV 800, plane was
a Ju 52/3m serial 10020

Uffz. Walter Grote KIA
Ogfr. Friedrich Lehner KIA (Bordfunker)
Uffz. Hubert Pannhausen KIA (Bordmechaniker)
Ogfr. Erwin Greisel WIA (Bordschütze)

I think thats him - german short for Friedrich = Fritz
