Paul-Hubert Rauh - 30 December 1943

I have read that Hauptmann Paul-Hubert Rauh (31 victories, RK), Staffelkapitän of 3./NJG 4, was shot down by USAAF P-47 fighters on 30 December 1943. Would anyone have the loss list information for his aircraft? Also, on 21 November 1944, serving as Gruppenkommandeur of II./NJG 4, he was shot down by return fire in Ju 88 G-1 (W.Nr. 714 617) and wounded. Would anyone have the tactical code of the aircraft and location for this loss as well? Many thanks.
