What RAF pilot shot down a Bf109 of JG 77?

Dear Sirs,
an old man remembers a German fighter that fell into the sea after a dogfight with British planes.
The plane fell into the water off the coast of Montalto - Tarquinia (Central Italy).
The date was almost certainly on May 15, 1944.
We are divers and this is probably the same aircraft that we have found under water a year ago (a Bf 109 G-6).
We know that on that day four RAF pilots shot down 4 Bf 109 in Italy:
Claims by RAF on 15 May 1944 in Italy:
92 Squadron:
-F / O. L J Montgomerie - Bf109
-Cap J E Casson SAAF - Bf109 Damaged
154 Squadron:
-W/Cdr.A D J Lovell - Bf109
-F/Sgt. B J Doyle - Bf109
All the German aircraft belonged to 77 Jagdgeschwader.
Waiting to find the Werknummer, we would like to know if one of those pilots shot down the German plane, to verify the testimony of the old man.
Does anyone have access to an RAF account of the action in which the Bf 109 was shot down? Thank you in advance
Victor
