Luftwaffe units in combat N France 16 April 1942
I know on this date both JG2 and JG26 were in combat. JG2 lost three Bf109F-4 to Polish squadrons, while JG26 encountered 129 Squadron, Hptm Priller claiming a victory.
However 11 Group Fighter Command squadrons (flying as Rodeo 10) encountered a number of Fw190s claiming to have destroyed three and damaged others. My questions are:
Were there any other Fw190 units flying in France other than JG2 and JG26 on this date?
Were any other LW fighter units (Fw190 or Bf109) engaged in combat in Northern France on this date?
