AFAIK there is no such site to find the full names of 1940 French airmen.
Only the ones that died can be found with full details at :

The website below may have some full names even for survivors, but will usually only provide family names.

The family names are very often used in French reports of WWII, and finding the full names is difficult in many cases.
The links given by Teresa Maria are about the Free French, and only small a part of the airmen of 1940 joined them. By the way even the airmen that of North Africa units that fought on the Allied side after November 1942 are not included (Free French designation is limited to people who decided individually to join the Allied side, not to members of units that switched to Allied side after TOCH). But you can check
