The unknown buried in Block 9, grave 17 was also apparently removed from Winfrith Newburgh Church Cemetery. Date of death is the same as Westphal.
Both Brief and Westphal are listed on the register of burials at Winfrith Newburgh here:

Interestingly Brief is also marked as 'Unknown' so perhaps the confusion came from there?
