Have you tried the Air Historical Branch at RAF Northolt? They can give you the reference number for the ORB you want, which you can then view in person at the National Archive (you could just go to the Archive, but it could take quite a while to pinpoint the 64 Sqn ORB among all their other docs, so getting the ref number first will save time).
