Z8772, was definitely not a Wellington DWI/II.

Known Data on Vickers Wellington Types 418 and 419 (DWIs & DWIIs):

Mark IA
Vickers Type: 418.
Description: DWI Mark I - Engine/Generator, Ford V8
Engines: Pegasus XVII
Conversions - 4 from Mk IA.
Initial conversions from Mk IAs were: P2518, P2521, P2522 and P9223.

Mks -Various.
Vickers Type: 419.
Description: DWI Mk.II - Engine/Generator - DH Gipsy VI
Engines: Pegasus XVII
Conversions - 4 from Type 418, 11 conversions from Mk I, 1 conversion from Mk IC.
A further 12 DW I, Mk IIs were flown: L4212, L4221, L4227, L4235, L4352, L4356, L4358. L4374, L4391, L7771. R2701 and HX682.
