Hi all

Can anybody suggest where to get a Word 2013/16 book template from?

I am in the throws of putting a book together about WW2 in Scotland, and need to start sorting something out that can be used for printing.

No idea about Running Heads etc, as yet not actually found a book template that ticks all the boxes.

Else, any thoughts from any authors here on best wat to layout a book?
