I have posted a number of photos in the past of various German ships that had painted silhouettes of Allied aircraft they had shot down.

I cannot say how accurate the aircraft shapes were but they do show two or four engine aircraft. Sometimes, a date is written next to these silhouettes. One vessel was a minesweeper.
