My research indicates components for this batch (about 0321 to 0360) were produced in May & June and airframe likely was already in assembly by (before) beginning of July, possibly awaiting first flight around this time. It may however have been delivered in July 1940, closest Ju 88 A-1 0323 was first flown 04.07.40, and 0324 the day before that - but I am missing several planes first flights in this period etc. - and planes were apparently not assembled or delivered is
strict numerical order (but just generally ascending order). But as more and more info is found, one can give such statements.

But I too think W.Nr. can be "inpricise" (not 0880322 ) but 88.322 be number from Component Part plate (A-1 Querruder, Links, Stoffbespannt)
