Hello,
German Police has an Airpolice-Branch as an part of General Law Enforcement at that time! In German terms "Luftaufsicht". They handle all laws for Pilots as the same for an cardriver!!
Between 1933 and 1945 this service was part of the Luftwaffe, called "Reichsluftaufsicht R.L.A.D." They wear the Luftwaffen-Uniform with lightgreen collar patches. An civil aviation Department like the US FAA excist in Germany since 1950.
