I can also confirm that this is 1G+BA, which is also clear from other photos of this incident. This appears to me to be Western Campaign of May-June, 1940, and I concur that it looks like something collided with the tail of this a/c. This would like be the a/c of the Geschwader Adjutant of Stab KG27. Anybody know who this was in mid-1940? There is probably some kind of insignia on the nose of this a/c.
