You need to check the book by Brian Cull titled Diver! Diver! Diver! (or as I sometimes refer to it, Diver Factorial Cubed). It lists all air-to-air claims against the V-1, with many descriptions from combat reports.
(Just thought I would save Brian the effort of having to reference himself).
