Do you happen to know which city or town (or maybe village) in Germany Alfred Budde was from?
There are few online sources and none of them indicates his birthplace:

(Anyway, one doesn't always spend all one's life in one's birthplace. If he moved somewhere else, is it indicated anywhere?)
