From what I have, 625 Sqn
1944
Lancaster III - LM546 - 28/29-07-1944.
Lancaster III - LM691 - 23/10/1944.
1945
Lancaster I PB815 - 23/24-02/1945.
These three at least were coded "CF-O" when lost on ops.
