Question Don Gentile's P-47 ("Donny boy") - info badly needed
Hello,

I'm looking for a reliable info, color profile or photo of Don Gentile's P-47 dubbed "Donny Boy". I'm specifically interested in the colors of the personal emblem, the famous eagle wearing boxing gloves - what was the color of the background? I've seen it oddly bright-bluish but have doubts about it.
