Hello Stig,
You seem not to have consulted Peter Cornwell's book BoF Then and Now.
Simple answer is because I do not have it and cannot get it via my local Library.
To buy a copy - what is the price ? I expect way out of my pocket money range these days.

As for the Bristol Fighter queries, have not read your reply as yet thanks though for the reply.

Thank you also for your responce to this thread, the Cornwell refs are most welcome.
