On pages 145 and 146 of the IDPF file, pages that were done in Frankfurt when the "body" (at this point skeletal remains) was identified via dental records the examiners note a possible "small arms bullet wound in the left pelvis".

Page 125 has a summary of Marcel Stephens statements. He saw Feld die in the ambulance and notes he was wounded in the crotch.

Pages 126 - 129 have a statement by Lewis given to MI-9 post
war. He describes Feld as having a severe wound in the groin.
