The first Nieuport looks like a 17 and carries the serial N1831 (or possibly N1834. Another photo has been sold on e-bay where the serial can be seen much more clearly.
I also believe the unit is N86 but with the shooting star painted a bit more flamboyant than usual.

The second one looks like a two-seater. Any taker for an ID?
