No. 154: A stylized coat of arms of the city of Leipzig - the emblem was used as the Leipziger Messe, Leipzig trade fair, logo in the late 1930's - not sure whether for any particular year (say, 1939) or in general. Much later, in the year of 1942, it was a short-lived personal emblem of Hptm. Heinrich Bär.
