I59/S was KH252 from some time after 7.10.44 until it transferred to 358 Sq. This must be a strong contender. There are a lot of serial/code links dot 159 Sq in Air Britain's tome on the Liberator in RAF & Commonwealth service, including at least one X, but that was the only S I've found in a quick search. (That's not to claim that I couldn't have missed one or more.)
