Re: German airplane chrash at Harøy near Gossen 44/45
Seems like the date estimate is the main challenge. Will try to verify this by more people.
We have a crash witnesses by several persons, we have parts strongly suggesting the plane is a FW 190. But no registered incidents in late summer 44.
Then off course there is the date 07.12.44. Have found references saying that the allied airplanes passed over Haroy, also a reference to a probable German plane shot down over Hano Island, a typo for Haroy? But this was most likely a Bf109.
