Thanks for digging in those books! Reschke's claim is very odd. 250 km/h is way more than the clean stalling speed of the FW 190A, yet the high-aspect ratio wing of the Ta 152H should give lower stalling speed.
What I have seen of German "Pilot's Notes", they are pretty worthless compared to British PNs, let alone U.S. Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions.
