Thanks for posting this information. I have been looking for a copy of your book for some time now.

Could you provide a bit more information on availability? Can the book be purchased from you directly? A sample of the contents page would be most helpful. Information on the publishing history (editions), would also be appreciated, I intend purchasing the book, whatever.
