The first panel is from an A-26. This link is to the Bombardier' Information File (BIF). On pdf page 145 is a drawing of the panel from an A-26 which matches your photo.

The 2nd panel may also be from an A-26. The STAB is probably a reference to the "Stabilizer" which is part of the bombsight. There also seems to be a place to plug in an "Aldis Lamp", (used for signaling.)

UPDATE: Found this picture taken in the A-26 "City of Santa Rosa" which shows the first panel.
