Hi Chris,
I have some items relating to Charles Derek Whittingham who was a flight commander in 261 squadron from early 1941 until he took command in May 41.
There is no mention of an Adams in his notes.
Livingstone is mentioned in several 261 squadron log books as either Livingstone or Livingston.
I have looked for the Squadrons ORB for years to no avail.
