The book was written as 'in combat' as opposed to design, development & manufacture & in combat The losses give a good indication of any production list. The Do 17 book will include more on design & development but don't expect a production list! JC's book was an amalgamation of his 2 booklets on the ac which had been written in Spanish, translated & expanded slightly.
