Your words are really flattering, Larry. I am only an amateur aviation historian, who wants to uncover so-called 'exotic' topics, which are neglected by mainstream publications.
My two-volume book (summing almost 600 pages, containing some 250,000 words and about 700 illustrations) is the fruit of one of such prolonged efforts, lasting over 20 years.
Instead of further words, let me quote from the Foreword (see attachment).
