Hello,
I looking for more info. about pilot Heinrich Klasen (old photos with his aircraft and millitary career)
which was German pilot of LW and spent a lot of hours in the air.
He survived the II War and he was one of the first person which open Airfield near Papenburg in Niedrersachsen.

and was reformed from Kü.Fl.Gr. 506, now with
Ju88A-4 bombers:

1./Kü.Fl.Gr. 506
8./KG26 from 2./Kü.Fl.Gr. 506
9./KG26 from 3./Kü.Fl.Gr. 506

I know that he also torpeded and sunk UK- vessel near Afrika and received special awards - cup with dedication from HQ.
