Thank you, Andrus! This is exactly the list I was hoping to find. It also confirms my suspicions that this is a very slow moving project and that it will take years, and years, and years before it is ever completed. I still have a lot of questions, but this was the most important one - the overall scope and general contents of the collect - and you have answered it for me.
